I’m a real fan of various healthy snacks and these are my favorite! They are delicious and sweet enough to be called a dessert but they are also super nutritious (having superfoods among the ingredients) and are a good source of healthy calories.
Almond butter adds creaminess, oats (you can always choose gluten-free) feel you up with dietary fiber, hemp protein powder and hemp seeds are delicious and work amazingly good with almonds. We are also adding dates for stickiness and sweetness, some maple syrup and a pinch of salt to boost all the flavors.
