Raw cheesecake is a marvelous dessert!
First of all, you can make such cheesecake in advance and store it in the freezer, simply putting it in the refrigerator 4-6 hours before serving, secondly, it’s a very tasty ice-cream like dessert, and thirdly, it’s a truly healthy sweet option – just natural ingredients, nuts, and syrup.
Moreover, such vegan cheesecakes look quite impressive and are still rather new and can pleasantly surprise your guests. This dessert is actually even tastier than it looks, and I strongly recommend that you try making it at home, especially because it’s very simple!
Today we’re making a raspberry cheesecake, however, you can always change it and make a cherry one, or blackberries (but top it with roasted almonds/chocolate then).
I suggest that you top your cheesecakes with honey or coco nectar so that they are sweet enough since raspberries add a touch of sourness.
