It’s a lovely hot day in Moscow, my friends. About 24 degrees now and no hope for the promised 4 days rain (it’s that rare moment when I really wish it was raining the whole day).
When hot I feel like having something sour rather than heavy and chocolaty-peanut buttery (as I often do). So today I made two desserts – a cake and cookies and both with citrus fruits. But I’ll tell you all about the cookies later in the other post.
Let’s talk about the Lemon bundt cake for now.
This recipe is not vegan and it calls for eggs and yoghurt, there is no way to adapt it, unfortunately. However, if you don’t mind these ingredients, I suggest you try out this moist, flavorful and easy-to-make cake. Moreover, it looks beautiful and will be a good dessert idea for your friends and family tea time.
This cake is good enough on its own and I don’t feel it needs any glazing at all. Bake it at 180 C (350F) for about 45 minutes.
