In the continuation of experiments with the morning smoothies, I suggest you to try this green, refreshing, but nourishing and nutritious elixir.
You probably remember the recipe with broccoli and almond milk, a wonderful, alkalizing smoothie with sweet notes. Today, the drink is more fresh and cleansing, although moderately sweet and delicious.
I like to make green smoothies as they bring a feeling of lightness, but at the same time they saturate, my mornings start perfectly, smoothies awaken the digestive system, they help the body to wake up, too, and tune into a new beautiful day.
Recently, I stopped adding any milk/liquid to a smoothie, because they already are of an excellent consistency. They’re juicy thanks to an orange, pear and pineapple, bananas bring softness, and broccoli and greens -thickness.
No matter what kind of smoothie I make, I always want to add something green to it, like Kale, Romaine or spinach, thanks to them my body embraces balance, I can physically feel how my body is being grateful for eating RAW products, greens, the original source all vitamins and the essential nutrients.
Smoothies – as I’m not tired of repeating – are real elixir! This is life itself in a glass. Try replacing one of your meals with a smoothie (better in the first half of the day) and feel this feeling of joy afterwards!
