Today we’ll be making pancakes, which are very quickly to make and which your whole family will love.
Pancakes are usually made with milk, kefir or yoghurt. In this recipe we are using Greek yogurt, which allows to reduce the amount of flour and make pancakes softer.

I enjoy eating pancakes with honey and cinnamon, as well as making 5-minute chia jams with frozen berries. Today, as you can see, I also added melted chocolate to the raspberry jam … and this is real magic! You won’t resist!
