What is an almond butter?
This is just nuts, ground to a paste, no additives or converts, you can even make one yourself. All you need is a powerful blender food processor and your patience.

What are chia seeds?
Chia seeds are small white-gray seeds that have an interesting property of absorbing liquid and forming something like a gel. Due to this property, chia seeds are often used in vegan baking as a binding element, in fact, they are a plant alternative to an egg.
