This smoothie is for blueberry lovers!
Well, any smoothie could be great, you only should get the best high quality ingredients available.
Today I got some fresh homemade almond milk, perfect bananas (not overripe), frozen blueberries, green buckwheat, melon honey which I brought from Tuscany, chia seeds, hemp protein and collagen. Sounds great, don’t you think?
The only thing you need to do in advance is soaking the buckwheat overnight at room temperature and rinsing it very well before making the smoothie.
