I really love to bake apples. I mean, guys, it only takes 15 minutes. You can eat them plain, add honey, syrups, nuts, chocolate, oats or ice-cream. Whatever your soul craves today!

I don’t add any honey or sweetener while baking because I believe honey loses its main health qualities. If I want my dessert sweet I’ll add honey when apples have cooled down.
