How wonderful it is when you have a delicious accompaniment to your tea o’clock at home or at work, and which is also so easy to make!
Bananas are very nutritious and healthy fruits, they’re very sweet and are perfect for baking. By the way, if there are bananas or dates/raisins in the recipe, you can always reduce the amount of sweet syrups or sugar to a minimum.
Today’s cupcakes are made with almond flour instead of classic white flour, and they’re gluten-free, – this is a paleo recipe (do you remember we made paleo cookies just recently?).
Almond flour (or any other nut/seed flour) is just nuts/seeds ground into flour. You can easily buy almonds and grind them in a blender yourself, so the absence of almond flour in the shops shouldn’t stop you, as the recipe is worth it.
